1. Use of Services

You agree to use Veksta Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable regulations, including telecom and messaging rules.

Publishers using Veksta CRM are responsible for:

• Their own customer interactions
• Their own compliance
• Their own call routing
• Their own marketing practices

Veksta provides tools but does not control how clients use them.

2. Publisher Responsibilities

If you are a Veksta client (“Publisher”), you agree:

• You have lawful rights to contact your leads
• You will comply with SMS, A2P, and telecom regulations
• You will not use Veksta Services for spam or abusive messaging
• You will maintain accurate business information
• You will follow all carrier guidelines

Veksta may suspend service for violations.

3. Communication Consent

Users interacting with Veksta-powered chat widgets or phone numbers consent to receive informational and callback-related SMS messages.

Users may opt out by replying STOP.

Publishers must honor opt-out requests.

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access
• Error-free performance
• Immediate delivery of SMS or calls

Telecom carriers may experience delays or restrictions.

5. Intellectual Property

All Veksta software, workflows, branding, and content are owned by Veksta Business Solutions.

Publishers may use these assets only as part of their service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Veksta is not liable for:

• Publisher misuse of CRM or messaging tools
• Incorrect call routing
• Carrier restrictions
• Lead quality issues
• Business losses resulting from client operations

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Services for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Abuse of messaging systems
• Fraudulent activity
• Non-payment

Publishers may request account closure at any time.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your operating jurisdiction.
